As one Maya era draws to an end, and thousands of Zapatistas silently re-emerge from the dark of night to peacefully occupy the town squares of Chiapas, Subcomandante Marcos of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation releases this defiant communiqué from the depths of the Lacandon jungle.

A small comment:
“Es el sonido de su mundo derrumbándose” can be translated both as:
“their world collapsing”, as well as “your world collapsing”.
Actually is more like “your world collapsing” in the sense written in spanish. Their is not correct, is explicitly yours = su
sure? it is not their from su-suyo-de ellos and yours from vuestro? (like i’m all yours=soy todo vuestro) And if you put yours or world of yours it would call the 2ndpluralperson not the 3rd one, seria vuestro mundo o el mundo vuestro not sure?..o serà porquè soy español solo onorario.. bueno que dà igual lo importante es..buena onda peña y viva los zapatistas!
