RevolutionZ: Life After Capitalism is a new podcast that emphasizes vision and strategy for a better future. What do we want? How do we get it?
RevolutionZ: Life After Capitalism is a weekly podcast hosted by Michael Albert, who is perhaps best known for ZNet and Participatory Economics. RevolutionZ’s episodes each deal with an issue of vision, for example, in a good economy what should determine income, what should be the division of labor, mode of allocation, etc. — and strategy, for example size of movements, attracting and holding members, issues of organization, focus, classism in movements, reforms and revolution, elections, violence or not, and so on.
Noam Chomsky sent the following message in support of RevolutionZ:
Michael Albert has initiated a podcast, RevolutionZ: Life After Capitalism, that will focus on social vision and strategy. I know of no one better equipped to host such an effort. That exploring these matters is a high priority today seems too obvious to require further comment, and I have no doubt that Michael’s initiative will be compelling and highly instructive, and will make a notable contribution to development of the kinds of social movements that are an urgent necessity.
But his effort needs support if it is to succeed. So I urge you to consider helping make RevolutionZ known and, if so inclined, to support it with a regular donation.
